Piano Technicians Guild

Mr. Cromwell is an active member of the Piano Technicians Guild, an international non-profit association which sets quality standards and provides education to professional piano technicians through conventions, technical journals, and institutes. He currently is serving as an officer on the executive board of directors of the Detroit-Windsor PTG Chapter.

He has hosted meetings and technical sessions, as well as having coordinated bringing in some of the most well-respected, living legends in the field of piano technology to speak to his fellow Detroit-area technicians. Mr. Cromwell continues his studies in piano technology by regularly attending national and regional PTG conventions and institutes.
